When are the MLS Tours?

The MLS Tours are held the first four Thursdays of the month at the board office.  If a Holiday falls on Thursday the tour is moved to the following Thursday, subsequently each tour follows, so there will be four for the month.  This is rule #1 in  "Guidelines for MLS Tour and Meetings". How do I put my home on the MLS Tour?

1.      Log into NTREIS Listings click Add/Edit under My Page. 

2.      Type your MLS number in the View by MLS Number and click Show Listings by MLS Number.

3.      Mark MLS Number and then click Add/Edit Open House/MLS Tours on Blue box at left.

4.      Click Add New.

5.      Enter the date the home will be on tour.

6.      Enter 9:00 am and 10:00 am in the time.

7.      Click Submit.

8.      Deadline is 12 NOON on Tuesday previous to the tour date.

Do I have to be there for my home to be on Tour?

Yes, you are required to be at the MLS Meeting and to accompany the tour.  In the case you can't be there, you may send your licensed assistant, this is rule # 9.

What are the Area 41 Boundaries?

The board has Area Zone Maps available in our REALTOR® Store.  The basic areas are.... (Click for Map)

41-1:        Corinth, Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek and Shady Shores

41-2:        Argyle, Bartonville, Copper Canyon - west of Copper Canyon Road (zip code 76226) and Lantana
