Frisco Zip Code Changes
Effective 7/1/2011
If you have a home scheduled to list, sell, lease or buy, Frisco will have a new zip code 75033 beginning July 1, 2011. The new area encompasses North of Main Street, West of Preston Road, east of 423 and south of U.S. Highway 380. Odd numbered addresses on Main Street in that area will use the existing ZIP code 75034, while the even numbered addresses on Main Street will use the 75033 ZIP code. FM 423 between Main Street and Eldorado Parkway will use ZIP Code 75033.
Neighborhoods that will be impacted, but not limited to include: Grayhawk, Eldorado Fairways, Country Club Ridge at the Trails, Newman Village, Cobb Hill, The Knolls of Frisco, the Traditions of Frisco, Northridge Estates, Christie Ranch, Griffin Parc, The Fairways at the Trails, the Trails of West Frisco, Shaddock Creek Estates, Meadow Hill Estates, Preston Highland, Preston Highland North, Frisco Original Donation, Kings Garden, Meadow Creek, Heather Ridge Estates.

FM 1171 Phase II Status Update:
The PS&E (plans, specifications and estimates) is 90% complete. Right-of-way
(ROW) is 90% complete...there are two properties outstanding. The utilities are submitting designs and will be mostly re-located by the end of this year. Currently, the town is anticipating a February 2012 letting which means that construction would start around April 2012. View this chart that should be helpful in illustrating the process.
