NAR Code of Ethics Requirement

New 3-year Cycle Announced
All REALTORS® will have to take Code of Ethics Training

For years, Texas was able to use the TREC Ethics (Legal II) class as an equivalent for the NAR Code of Ethics requirement. With the new changes adopted in November 2019, Texas members will NOT be able to use that equivalent to satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement effective January 1, 2020.

What this means for you:

You must take a qualifying COE course for the current cycle December 31st, 2024; or within 30 days of completing New Member Orientation.

CE Credit available for an additional cost.

Look yourself up in the Matrix Roster (Search/Agent) to see your license number and NRDS (NAR) ID or click on the button to find your NRDS ID at NAR.
